We are a husband and wife team of artists collaborating in both design and work.

Katia is originally from the Czech Republic and has developed her own unique metal working technique making silver and copper wire frames then filling the negative spaces between the wired with solder. This technique allows her to create her metal directly on glass, stone, bone and other materials.

Steve, originally from Minnesota, learned to blow glass at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls and over the last 11 years has developed his skill through study and work both here in the US and abroad in Sweden and the Czech Republic.

After meeting, falling in love and being married in the Czech Republic, we returned to start our work together in our new home in River Falls, WI.
