The majority of our work is created and finished at our home studio in River Falls, WI . We have a beautiful two story home which has been well taken over by our creative processes. We welcome visitors by appointment and during our annual fall home sale.
Our glass is blown by Steve and his long-time blowing partner, Nolan Prohaska, at Nichka Glassworks just outside of River Falls. It is a small private studio owned and run by Nolan King of King Architectural Concrete. (www.nolanking.com) There we have the use of equipment that allows us to make things as small and fine as wine glasses and as large and robust as sculptures and vases having the potential of being six feet or more in height or length. Together with a team of four to six glassworkers, Steve has been working towards ever larger scaled works. Below are photos and video clips of various works in progress in these studios.
